Ordering

Are the sarees and lehengas one-of-a-kind?
Yes. Each piece is hand-embroidered in our workshop and we make one of each design. Once it sells, it's gone.

Is the blouse included?
Yes — every saree and lehenga set comes with the blouse pictured, stitched to your measurements after you order. We'll message you on WhatsApp for sizing.

How do I give measurements?
Either send us a blouse that already fits you well (we copy the fit exactly), or share measurements over WhatsApp — we'll send you a simple guide. In Bangalore, walk in and we'll measure you.

Can I see the piece before I buy?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send a video of the actual piece, or you can visit the shop in Vidyaranyapura.

Can you customise a piece — a different blouse cut, sleeve, or neckline?
Usually yes, at no extra cost for standard changes. Ask before ordering.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in India. Pickup at the shop is free.

How long does it take?
Blouse stitching takes 2–4 working days after we have your measurements, then 3–7 days in transit depending on where you are. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp.

Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. Message us if you're abroad and we'll see what's possible.

Fit, care and returns

What if the blouse doesn't fit?
Free alteration within 14 days. Courier it back (₹120 return rate) or bring it to the shop.

Can I return a saree or lehenga?
Because each piece is made to your measurements and one-of-a-kind, we don't accept returns except for a manufacturing defect. See our refund policy.

How do I care for the pieces?
Dry clean only. Store folded in a cotton cloth, away from direct sunlight, and refold along different lines every few months to protect the zari and embroidery.
