Shipping and Delivery Policy

Cauvery Designers (operated by Jajibelli LLC) ships within India only.

Ready pieces (sarees, lehenga sets, blouses)

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days by tracked courier. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. If a blouse is being stitched to your measurements as part of the order, allow an extra 2–4 working days before dispatch.

Blouse stitching by courier

You courier your fabric and a well-fitting sample blouse (or measurements) to our shop. Stitching takes 2 working days for simple blouses, 3 for designer blouses, and about 4 for bridal hand-work, from the day we receive your fabric. Return shipping of the finished garment within India is a flat ₹120.

Free in-store pickup

You can choose free pickup at our shop: 5, Nanjappa Road, Nanjappa Layout, Chamundeswari Layout, Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru 560097. Open Monday to Saturday, 10am–7pm. We will message you when your order is ready.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier tracking number by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Delays and damaged parcels

Delivery times may be affected by festivals, weather or courier delays. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
