This website, cauverydesigners.com, is operated by Jajibelli LLC, trading as Cauvery Designers, 5, Nanjappa Road, Nanjappa Layout, Chamundeswari Layout, Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru 560097, Karnataka, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and services

We sell handmade sarees, lehenga sets and blouses, and provide blouse stitching, tailoring and alteration services. Because our pieces are handmade, small variations in colour, embroidery and finish are part of the craft and are not defects. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Prices for custom stitching depend on the design and work involved and are confirmed with you before work begins. Payment can be made online through our secure payment partners (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or at our shop. We do not store your card or bank details.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order if a piece is unavailable or if pricing or product information was listed in error, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Measurements and custom work

For stitching and made-to-order work, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements or a well-fitting sample garment. We offer free alteration within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, available in the footer of this website.
